Monte Esquinza 36

Monte Esquinza 36  is a tiny contemporary art space which opened its doors in 2023. It is located in the heart of Madrid, in the elegant Almagro neighborhood : Calle del Monte Esquinza, n° 36.

 

French artist and curator Juliette Deschamps hosts and curates contemporary art exhibitions here.

Artists such as Laurent Proux, Elodie Seguin, Manu Blazquez, Félix Deschamps Mak, Binelde Hyrcan, Julie Coulon, Juliette Deschamps, Sylvain Baumann, Hervé Lassïnce, Ivan Lounguine, Amandine Maillot, Louise Deschamps, Daniel Horowitz, Guillaume Durrieu, Macha Makeïeff, Théo David, Nathalie Lété, Irina Rasquinet, Virginie Clavereau, Margaux Soland, Martin Parr and Miquel Barcelo have been exhibited at Monte Esquinza 36 so far.​​

 

Most of the exhibited artworks are available for purchase and can be shipped worldwide.

Our current exhibition 'Flowers Everywhere' on view until December 12, 2024 brings together nine contemporary artists. The title of the exhibition refers to a phrase attributed to Henri Matisse: "Il y a des fleurs partout pour qui veut bien les voir."
